Baby.....Patrick Joseph

AWWW....Of course with such beautiful parents you would get a beautiful baby! I thought he looked like Bob but the other visitors said he looked like Kate! So I guess he looks like both! Vic drove me over to visit but he was sick so he had to stay away...but I got to hold him and touch that soft clear beautiful face and that soft full head of hair. I took tons of pictures for his book. Wish he had opened his eyes more than a second but he slept so peacefully during my visit. He was just awesome and I can't wait to see him again. Kate was a trooper next to her beaming Bob whom she gave so much credit to. What a lucky baby Patrick is to have such nice supporting parents. Congratulations to them and welcome to the gang baby Patrick. (I also went to 7:30 mass and lit a candle for him and then came home and talked to Ray as I am sure you know and thanks for the help in finding those blue roses!) I love you give mom and dad hugs and kisses.

PK -
Kate had her baby today - a healthy boy! Both are doing well ... I'm sure you had a hand in making that happen :)

Still Remembering

I received a beautiful letter from a friend you made in Palmer (at the library used book sale) today. She went on to describe herself as one of a few white-haired ladies that you took the time to talk and entertain at the used book sale last year.
She said you stopped in to purchase books for yourself as well as others and the book sale is once again approaching and they were remembering Patrick! I thought it was fitting to write those words here. She said you made a donation also by joining the friends of the library and volunteered to help set up this year. I am going to write her back and send her a donation for your dues and hope you will manage to remind me every April so that your memory can continue with them i am sorry I cannot help set up in your place but you know I don't do bridges! lol! I hope she sees the blog so she can see how much it meant to me to get that letter today. What a beautiful lady! Thank-You Elaine. I love you Patrick...and the rest of the family to!
